Terms of use
Last updated 11 August 2026
We run this as a social casino, for entertainment and nothing else. Every game uses virtual coins that we hand out free of charge. Those coins hold no real-world value, cannot be redeemed, and will never be paid out in any form. Nobody stakes real money here, and no prize of any worth is awarded. Access is limited to players aged 18 or over. How well you do on these machines is no guide to how you would fare betting actual money.
1. What Ruby Belle is
Ruby Belle is a social casino: a set of games that simulate casino play for entertainment. It is not a gambling service. You never stake money here, and there is no way to win money or anything else of value.
We are not licensed as a gambling operator because nothing on this site meets the definition of gambling: there is no consideration, no prize of value, and no payout.
2. Who may play
You may use Ruby Belle only if all of the following are true.
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are not accessing the site from a territory listed below.
- You have not previously been blocked from the site by us.
We ask for your date of birth before you can reach a game, and we keep only the year. If you tell us you are under 18, you are refused and no account is created for you.
Territories we do not serve
Ruby Belle is not available in the following territories, and requests from them are refused at our server:
Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
3. Virtual coins
Coins on Ruby Belle are a score. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to another player. We do not buy them back and no one else may.
Coins are granted free when you arrive, once a day from the paddle wheel, and again whenever you run out. They exist to let you keep playing and for nothing else.
We may adjust, reset or remove coins from an account at any time — for example to correct a fault, or where an account has been used to abuse the service. Because coins have no value, no compensation is owed when we do.
4. Your account
You can play as a guest without giving us anything. Your progress is then tied to a token stored in your browser, and clearing your browser data will lose it.
You may optionally add an email address to keep your progress across devices. What we do with it is set out in the privacy notice.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share access to it.
5. Fair play
Every outcome on this site — every spin, every card, every number — is generated on our server using a cryptographically secure random number generator. Nothing about a result is decided in your browser, and no result can be changed from it.
You agree not to:
- automate play, or use scripts, bots or emulators against the site;
- interfere with the service or attempt to reach parts of it not meant for you;
- create accounts in bulk, or evade a block we have applied.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these, without notice.
6. Availability
We do not promise the site will always be available. We may change the games, the payouts, the coin grants, or withdraw the service entirely, at any time. Since nothing of value is held in an account, no refund can arise.
7. Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the current version.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: [email protected].
10. Playing responsibly
These games simulate gambling closely. If that is something you would rather step away from, our responsible play page lists the tools we offer and the organisations that can help.
